Over the course of my career in corporate leadership, facilitation, and coaching, I’ve worked closely with capable, thoughtful people navigating responsibility, change, and leadership.
Again and again, I’ve seen how often strong, capable people continue meeting expectations long after the way they are living or leading has stopped feeling aligned with who they want to be.
From the outside, everything may still appear successful. Internally, something begins to feel heavier, more complicated, or simply no longer quite right.
What I’ve learned is that what many people need most in those moments isn’t advice or pressure to push harder.
They need space.
Space to pause. Space to think clearly. Space to examine the patterns that shaped their success and decide what they want to carry forward.
Creating that space — and supporting people as they find their way through it — is why this work matters to me.
My coaching journey began in 2017, at a point in my life when I was struggling in a job that no longer felt sustainable and navigating an identity crisis intensified by motherhood.
On the surface, I was still functioning. But internally, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself and from the life I was trying to hold together. I knew something had to change. I just didn’t yet know what that change needed to be.
That period became a turning point. It led me to begin asking deeper questions about identity, success, pressure, and what it means to lead a life that actually feels aligned. Those questions shaped my own path into coaching and continue to shape the way I work with others today.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, reflective coaching, and an understanding of how people experience pressure, responsibility, and change.
An integrated offering.
Focus on patterns, not quick fixes.
We pay attention to the patterns that have shaped how you live and lead, and whether those patterns still reflect who you are today.
Structured and thoughtful.
I bring a structured, thoughtful approach that allows insight to translate into meaningful shifts in how people make decisions, lead teams, and navigate their lives.
Grounded in psychological safety and informed by nervous system awareness.
We move at a pace that allows reflection and integration, rather than pressure or urgency. The goal is not transformation for its own sake. It is clarity, steadiness, and leadership that feels sustainable.
My work draws from more than 20 years of experience in training, facilitation, and organizational development, supporting individuals, leaders, and teams across sectors.
I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, along with a Certificate in Adult Education.
I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a Navigating Transitions TQ Certified Coach. I have spent my career working with government, non-profit, academic, and corporate sectors.
